coments on reliance telephone billing

this is disgusting.

ya i am using reliance.hey you have to be careful with the package that you are using.you have to get complete information of your knowledge.at times even i am stuck up with some problems with reliance.when i have used reliance for internet .my one did not connect.but they gave extra bill of 37rs for using internet.but i did not use the net.i have just connected 3 to 6 times and even thought it is not connect they have charged the amount.
