How Do YOU "Make Disciples" in Your Life?

That is what Pastor Brent showed us that the Bible says is 'our' command from Jesus (for each Christian church AND each individual Christian) in a sermon at GraceChurch http://adf.ly/TpTcj today---saying that--if that were not our mission--we would have immediately 'given up the ghost' when we became Christians (forsaking this world and resigning ourselves to the hereafter). Pastor explained that "Go," "baptizing in the Name" & "teaching them to observe my commands" were just methods of making disciples. You could infer that those were 'THE ONLY COMMANDED METHODS, but ... how do you go about 'going to the people' & 'baptizing them' & 'teaching them to obey Christ'?
