who can tell me ?

MyLot ended its payment program earlier this year. There are still many blogs and articles claiming that MyLot pays but they are out of date and the cause of much confusion. MyLot does NOT pay its members for anything (and nor does it charge them anything). To make friends, it is best to interact with people in a sensible and meaningful way by responding and commenting in discussions which interest you and by starting discussions of your own on topics in which you are interested. Once you begin to make a meaningful contribution, you will find that others will want to connect to you and you to them.
