It depends; really, knowing more is good for you ... until you learn too much (it's like the gold coin that breaks your camel's back ... all the gold in the world isn't going to help you if you can't move it around!) It's like ... money. As far as you know, money is worth 'sacrifices' (time, property, comfort, etc.) But I know something about 'money' that makes it less-attractive to me, so that I don't have the "urge" to make the 'sacrifices' for it (because ... because of what I know about it).

@cyj921 I think of "Deuteronomy 29:29," a line of the Bible that says basically that God knows everything and will give you the knowledge you need to have when you need to have it. (look it up at the site after the redirect)

Just as you say, sometimes it is something that may make you think too much when you want to do something and go further.so I want to be a happy people that only a little can affect me.

I would say knowing more about something that will teach you is better. Knowing more about what will only hurt you and not make any difference to what you might change is not better.

SO to be blind to something may be a good choice

@cyj921 For things we can not control or influence perhaps, yes. However, we have to know that such a think exists to make that determination. What we do not know is beyond our grasp anyways.

@Bluedoll Yes,I think the words you said are the feelings after years. They really make me think more . I am still young so I don't want to lower one's head to the fate and just do my best to grasp .

Knowing more is only good if you can handle the knowledge and use it properly. The more you know the more responsible you will become.
