Iranian People

I have not met anyone from Iran. I understand that Iranian are warm and friendly and they live in a country which is rich in resources. However, Islamic laws keep a check on the liberty of Iranian citizens living in that country.

I have always had a great deal of admiration and respect for the Iranian people and have never met one that I did not like immediately. I have also met enough of them to know that they are nothing like their politicians. I understand that, much like in the U.S., the system is rigged. Some things are truly universal. Welcome :)
