OBAMA VERSUS THE CONGRESS

It goes way beyond the simplicity with which you describe it. Honestly, this sounded more like a partisan talking point. Know this: left v right is a lie, an illusion, a divisive distraction. Both of the big box parties are pretty much the same, they're all statists bent on controlling some aspect of our lives, in flagrant violation of the founding principals. I haven't voted for a major party in thee national elections in years and now campaign and vote for Libertarian party candidates. They have no interest in running my life for me. There's an old joke that goes something like, "have you heard about the Libertarian party conspiracy? They want to take over the government then leave us alone"

Who cares? Let them shut down. They do us less harm that way.
