Have you ever had to have an x-ray done?

You never had xrays ever before? Hmm xrays are one of the requirement here in every medical exams. So i had some chest xrays done over the past few years already.

I personally had X-ray done when i was 9 years old. How it happened... well i was just running towards a sliding door all made up off glass... i thought it was all open but it was not... last moment b4 i hit the glass.. i heard someone shouting that the door is closed so i covered my eyes with my right arm.... thanx God... my elbow had 17 stiches from outside and 7 stiches from inside. I still have the scare on my elbow. I also saw piece of meat off my elbow and blood was floting inside.... phew wat a horrible and scary day that was

Nope not yet...thank gawd. Unless ultrasounds for babies count. Then yeah...just for the babies.

i had, once when i was young and i had a heart operation, afterwhich when i get well and my wisdom tooth start growing, i had an X-ray on my teeth before the operation, haha

yes i had, more than once. last time was some years ago, i injured myself playing basketball and i hurted my ankle. at hospital they made my a leg x-ray. it is a fast exam and it is not painfull at all. anyway, i hope i will not need another one for a long long long time...

I've had x-rays done on my face when I was about 7 years old. I was kicked in the face by a horse. =) They took a bunch of x-rays (which I still have to this day) of my face to make sure that my cheek bone was not fractured.

I've had x-rays, CT Scans, MRIs and a PET scan, for broken bones, kidney stones and cancer (luckily I didn't have cancer).

i have had an x ray done twice,it feels allright,no problem,it does not hurt or anything...it is just like being photographed.simple.mine was a chest x ray and the second time was a knee x ray

yes..many times...x-ray for my lung,backbone,check my shoulder,my liver...you will never feel anything when you have an x-ray...dont be afraid...

I had to have one done a couple months after I lost my late husband. They had to see the extent of the pneumonia I had. That was the only time I have ever had one done.

yes, i have... chest x-ray was one of the requirements for our high school enrollment. it sounds odd, huh... in our country, high school lasts for 4 years, and i had x-ray for 4 consecutive years... i don't know if it's safe... could it be harmful?
