Will u eat the genetically modified foods ?

Governments tend to support things if they receive large amounts of cash from the manufacturers. It depends on what the genetic modification is designed to do. If it creates a plant with a higher yield, a longer shelf life or a better flavour or higher nutritive value, then it's probably a good thing. If the modification is designed to make the plant resist certain chemicals so that they may be used wholesale to kill weeds, then who knows what effect that could have on the body and, more worryingly, nobody can predict what will happen if the weeds the chemical is designed to kill develop their own genetic modification to resist it. Not all genetic modifications are 'bad'. In fact, genetic modification is what plant breeding is all about and has been practised for tens of thousands of years. Wheat, for example, is a species created by man and its genetics are quite different from any of the wild species from which it was derived.
