hey, i have a problem how to use my new buy gsm gateway, anyone who can help me would be appreciate :)

If it didn't come with instructions, you should contact the supplier. The principle is simple: it is just connected to your PBX network and filters all mobile calls, calling them directly over the mobile network(s) instead of making a landline-mobile call.
