There is no Law stopping a woman from having a child outside of Marriage. Even in the Religious world. For a lot of people, it is not advised, and might be consider a Sin, but it is a woman's choice what they decide to do with their life at all times.

Its legal where I come from. I think its more of a morals thing. I don't see any problem with it. I didn't marry my son's father and I am glad.lol.
