Through positive thoughts and attitude, you will attract positive experiences into your life. Do you believe this? And if so why? I have tried this myself, but never seem to be able to keep it up for long. It's just too darn hard not to be angry when someone makes me mad : )

Having a positive attitude does not equate to holding in your not so positive emotions and pretending that they don't exist. That is very bad for your health. If you're angry, be angry, but do it in a way that doesn't hurt you or the other person. Give yourself time to calm down and think things through before reacting.

i agree with you on this - anger directed in a proper fashion and with just cause and reason is healthy.

Wise words. Personaly I like being angry when I am angry. After about 10 minutes I feel better and get over it. If however I try to supress my emotions they tend to reach a boiling point and then I just lash out at who ever is closest.

I do agree with your statement on positive thoughts and attitude. It is true that it attracts that same. If it gets to hard staying positive just switch up to thankful. Sometimes that is easier.
