Netzero internet provider

I am here today to complain or should I say vent about my internet provider. I puchased Netzero so I could have internet on the go. What they didn't tell me is it works on a data plan. which means its a prepaid internet provider. Now I keep loosing my internet. I was all excited about it at first now I hated I even started this . Now I have a contract that I have to either pay to get out of it. Why don't thest just tell people that its limited data usage.

You clearly didn't read their literature carefully enough before signing the contract. It is quite clear from their website, for example, that data is NOT 'unlimited' and that there is a set amount of data included in your monthly plan.
If you have received your first bill for the service less than 30 days ago, check your contract to see if a 30-day money back guarantee applies. If it does, you may be able to cancel the contract.
Most providers will also tell you (in very small print and often on another page) how much you will be charged per Mb &c for data used in excess of your monthly limit. The cost of extra data is often exorbitant!
