Work vs Personal Life:

They said that Work & Personal Life should be separate from each other. If Work just Work. If Personal Life it for Personal Life. But why some people combine this two in one. haaaaaaaaayyyyyy. In my present work I almost saw people bring personal life inside work. they always fighting about non sense story. maybe some of them said work is not interesting if no personal life. crazy work vs personal life. is their any balance on this?

er.....I am the one who think work is not interesting if no personal life, combine interests with work is extremely important to me.....

yah maybe some of people like doing work+personal life. but sometime just its make me crazy listening to people who's fighting because of bad gossip, hay. but still sometimes it enjoyable when people talking interesting story. hehe
