"I have no patience with pious, sexless females.", what does "pious" here most probably mean?

the speaker hates very religious woman?
Or, he hates hypocritical,holy-virgin ilke girls? (Am I right by using "holy-virgin like" here?)
Which of the above is the better understanding?

I think that your second meaning is probably the more accurate one.
"Pious" means:
- having or showing a dutiful spirit of reverence for God or an earnest wish to fulfill religious obligations.
OR
- characterized by a hypocritical concern with virtue or religious devotion; sanctimonious.
In other words, it can be used either as a complimentary term or to describe an outward and, perhaps, hypocritical show of religious devotion. I think that the second meaning should be understood here.
