What makes my hottub heater dysfunction?

We have a sundance maxxus hot tub, 2010 model. It was recently filled and everything works fine, except for the heater. The jets are working fine but the heater is not heating the hot tub. What may be the reason?

What was the error code displaying? If you can tell us the error message, it would be easier to figure out what the error is. Most of the heater problems will be flow related. Have you checked whether your circ pump is working well? Next look up near the top and fin the flow switch. It will be grey and make sure that the water is flowing through it and that the water is making the contact stay in the close position. If it is open with water flow tap it a few times with your hand since they can get stuck in the open position.
