Have you ever seen the movie -The Sleeping Dictionary- (with Jessica Alba, some guy, and Bob Hoskins)? It doesn't give much description of the exact techniques, but the basic idea seems good

Hi, Jane. Look up a site called Forvo.com. Then choose the language and categories you'd like to improve your pronunciation from.
