Who can tell me the differenec between shipment and delivery?

Shipment or shipping means that the item has left the factory/store and is on its way to whoever ordered it. Delivery would be when said item arrives at it's final destination.

Lead time(shipment time) is a period,like 20 days. But Delivery time is a date,like 2nd December,2013. You are oversea slaes ,right? Good to see you!
