Are you a 'go getter' who works round the clock? I have heard of Germans who don't like sleep at all. They love working non-stop. However, working 24/7 is an impossible task. You must decide when to break and stop working. You must have a cut off time for rest. Our bodies were not structured to work like mechanical machines. When you work continuously, the sign will show on the face. Always create time to relax.
