Why Bubblews Don't Allow Viral Posts?

Just asking. Why Bubblews don't allow viral posts? I thought they are passive income? All I know all passive income allows high quality written posts to become viral all over the internet. Of course, they are so popular. Anyone?

They probably don't want to pay all the money that will be generated to that persons account.
