present generation is very dynamic if trained under genius faculty. under the commercialised education, the code of conduct is totally compromised. the quality of education is very poor. under these prevailing system ,the highly exceptional lot is gaining the knowledge, and the rest average intelligents are made categorical fools with 100% marks. this fact is known to all organisations. the devotion, discipline and dedication is totally ignored, hence the people may be holding degrees, but no proper attitude to work under some organisation. the protocol system is totally degenerated. hence it is upto you to gain the disciple qualities and be prepared to work with devotion. none will take care if you neglect these words.
