“Do you truly know what is positive and what is negative? Do you have the total picture? There have been many people for whom limitation, failure, loss, illness, or pain in whatever form turned out to be their greatest teacher. It taught them to let go of false self-images and superficial ego-dictated goals and desires. It gave them depth, humility, and compassion. It made them more real.Whenever anything negative happens to you, there is a deep lesson concealed within it, although you may not see it at the time. Even a brief illness or an accident can show you what is real and unreal in your life, what ultimately matters and what doesnt. Seen from a higher perspective, conditions are always positive. To be more precise: they are neither positive nor negative. They are as they are. And when you live in complete acceptance of what is which is the only sane way to live there is no “good” or “bad” in your life anymore. There is only a higher good”
As eckhart tolle said in his book "The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment".
I said to my self why not share it with other specially when it have great effect on my personal life now I only see higher good. I let go of anger. Sadness. I see positive in every thing
look at Albert Einstein We take Einstein's as genius, I do , but he didn't start like that.
he did not speak until he was four and did not read until he was seven,
his teachers and parents think he was mentally handicapped, slow and anti-social.
he was expelled from school and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School.
It might have taken him a bit longer, but he caught on pretty well in the end,
winning the Nobel Prize and changing the face of modern physics.
Life after all is not one damned thing after another, do you agree with me ?

To think good to others is a positive thing and to think bad to others is negative thinking. Positive thinking keeps you healthy and happy. Negative thinking keeps you sick and unhealthy.
Thanks.
