It costs money to have the full package you know.
I personally want to learn programming in those languages, but, I don't like the price needed to be paid for it.
On the other hand, many nice applications can be made with that IDE and it can help.

VS2013 should like its earlier versisons,it should have a express version,with that version,you already can build all kinds of software.

Most of my projects these days involve a web interface, so I'm very interested in any tweaks with web development via Visual Studio 2013.
