Of course, you should study and read and practice 'etc.' (That's short for the Latin et cetera, meaning 'and such things' ... and "why I didn't say 'and such things'," I don't know ) But what you should do most: just immerse yourself in it---music in English, television in English (especially SESAME STREET if you can find it), reading, web-surfing, texting, phoning, etc. (and such things ) Have you ever seen the movie -The Sleeping Dictionary-? It tells how the British army--when it needed its officers to learn a new native-language fast--would 'set them up' with a opposite-gendered roommate who spoke the native language & was trained to lead the British officer to fluent speech in a short-short time. I'm not suggesting you find an English teacher to join your slumber-party, but you CAN pick up things living your normal life with an English-speaker.

@isavior I was an English Writing major at the university (before I dropped-out ), so here in 'international waters' I have to 'bite my tongue' to keep from "schooling" people on their mistakes (because most are not here to 'get help writing "correctly,"' but rather to 'hang out with intellectual friends ') To show you what I mean, let me just 'correct' your post (repeat it with the 'correct' capitalization & punctuation etc.): "I'm one of the people who learn from movies, TV and music. I started writing 9 weeks ago, and I'm like a pro for people on my level. I didn't stop there; I'm halfway-finished learning a new language. One thing's for-sure: I'm a success!" I guess I'm saying that--here & in other international forums--you can't really tell how "proper" your language is. You only know for sure if you ... I don't know; just finish school & keep your mind on proper things!
