I think the trick should be when you do something,you focus on it,we can't always put interest on work,many times,we feel tired and boring,when this happened,the habbit of focusing on one thing would be benifit for us.

GOALS-PROJECT-TO DO LIST-FOCUS Sometimes you find it hard to choose the work. If you don't love the work that have to be finished, just make yourself focus on it for 25 min, maybe you will find it not as boaring as you thought.
