Napoleon Hill's "Think & Grow Rich" (FREE online) mentions such billing (though I think his was 'correspondence-course'-billing, which ALSO bills you whether you finish the courses or not) as an example of the kind of persistence that brings success!

How can we get them to put it into the public-schools' textbook-list? (Or DO a lot of schools include it in there already?)
