invalid password

Hello,
I have a problem with your MyLot login, does not recognize the password, I made the request via e-mail, but I enter the password is correct, however when I go to insert it into the login screen gives me "invalid password", you can change the password? this problem is present on my first account, finding no way to contact support have been forced to create a second account (this one) for help. So I am writing this account from which I created just to ask for help.
I hope you can help me as soon as possible.

I think that the proper person to contact for this sort of problem would be @myLotBugs though @GoAskAlice may also be able to help.
First of all, check that your account is still active by entering www . mylot . com/[username] in your address bar (leaving out the spaces, which I had to insert to prevent MyLot treating it as a URL and where [username] is the name of your account). Whether you are logged in or not, if your profile exists, that URL will allow you to see it. If you get a '404 Error', then your account was removed.
Next, make sure that Caps Lock is off (or on) when entering your password. Passwords are case-senstitive, so 'PASSWORD' is different from 'password' and 'PaSsWoRd' or whatever.
If you still can't access your account, don't worry unduly. MyLot now allows you to have more than one account, for example a Personal account and a Business account though, of course, you should follow the Terms and Guidelines in everything you do here.

I tried to search my username in the box "search", but can not find it, it tells me that there are no posts, instead of 2-3 days ago I posted a lot of things, does not find it strange that my posts, I do not from 404 error.

Make sure the capslock is off on your keyboard when you go to type in the password. You can send a message to @myLot_ContactUs or @GoAskAlice if that doesn't help.
