Citing several of those people who never really did very well in school but are now the richest and most famous people of the history; Albert Einstein, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, among others... These people inspire us that if we fail school, it does not necessarily mean that we are 'failures', unlike what our professors would probably inscribe in our young minds. Success still depend upon the enthusiasm and the determination to get things done and the focus that one sets on the dreams he envisions for himself. And of course keeping faith constant and strong!

I never been to college but my salary is higher than some College grads in my country. I train call center agents how to handle customers and how to have American accent and most of my trainees are college grads who can't find jobs

In reality, working experience is much more important than a diploma to some extent. That's true. But that's not the reason we could deny the college learning. Living a college life is a big opportunity for our future and has many other benefits in critical thinking and many other ways. The point is someone just wastes it and then can't find jobs while the other one with excellent self-discipline has a bright future.

Even the copy cats can pass the exam. easily. This is the time of competition. You can succeed if you are really intelligent and hard work.
Thanks.

I agree that good grades don't guarantee success in future.
More important is how u apply the knowledge u learnt in ur practical life. Even a person who has got average grades throughout school performs exceptionally well in real life situations.I believe that failures are stepping stones to success.

That is correct. you may never know what lies ahead of you. some people have bad luck in general and good grades doesn't necessarily mean a good high paying job. The definition of success in life also has different meanings for different people. for some people it may mean getting rich and owning a business and a nice car, while for someone else, it may be a job that you like and love going to every day. it all depends on your personal definition of success.
