You know what’s going to happen? We will look for each other, again. We will look for each other in songs, quotes, books. We will look for each other in people’s looks. Maybe at night, which always screws us. We will want to text each other, again. Maybe in each other’s dreams. Apart from all the fights, all the bad words screamed at each other, apart from the ‘i’m done with you, you’re out of my life’. We will think about that, secretly and will pretend. We will pretend, the next morning, we thought about something else. We will miss each other, we will. That will be our punishment. Because we haven’t tried to keep us togheter when everything was about to break.
