A bad thing

Always think my ex-boss is a kind man. Now, makes me so disappointed.
cos the business is not good, so he transfers his company to another boss, and i lost my job. He said he will pay the salary a few days later. A month later there is still no message, but i need the money. so i maked a call to him, he said he will send the payment next day. Next day, i also didnt got the money. Yesterday, he said he will pay a month salary for me, in fact, i worked more than one month, what should i do ?

its really a bad act of your ex-boss, i feel sad 
if you have any appointment & contract letter issued by you boss or company there must be a salary schedule, you can can try to resolve this issue by two methods:
1. By warning you boss that if you are not going to pay my dues than I will send you a legal court notice...
2. If your boss does not respond to your warning, then send that legal notice, and finally you will get your cash in a legal way...
