Is It Fit For Men To Wear Elevator Shoes?

As I have known, only women are wearing sandals that have heel options in order to create an illusion in their height and for men wearing footwear that have also heels, it feels very unusual. When I found out that my boyfriend is wearing an elevator shoes, at first, I have that awkward feeling towards him because of his secret that I have found out. When I measured the heels of his shoes, it is about 3 inches tall. I thought he is taller than me, and if the 3 inches is deducted to his height, we would likely have the same height.
At first, I don’t feel comfortable with what I have discovered. Why should my boyfriend wear heeled shoes? Is he not satisfied with his height? Does he have insecurity concerning his height? Maybe my reaction is just normal for a person who has no idea that a man can also have his preference of increasing his height through wearing an elevator shoes. Later on, I have learned to accept the style of his footwear.
In my part, I would like to ask him why he chose to wear an elevator shoes but I have concluded that it would be better if not. I need to be sensitive in what he would feel if I asked him about the secret of his shoes. I don’t want him to feel embarrassed that is why I like him to continually feel good about wearing his elevator shoes.
As I have examined the shoes of my boyfriend, it just looks normal. The fact that the raised sole is within the shoe, the heel is not obvious. I like seeing him wearing his elevator shoes because he looks good with his height.
When I saw in the television and in the internet that there are some Hollywood actors who are using elevator shoes, I feel so proud that my boyfriend also owns that thing. I just smiled, and think to myself that a man wearing heeled footwear is not an issue, but a trend for them. A man wearing an elevator shoes doesn’t negatively impact his masculinity, and in my own opinion, I like the idea that they also want to look good and feel good.

I don't think women wear the high-heels to appear taller, but rather to appear more-shapely (something about pointing the toes activating the reverse upper thigh if done while standing).

Men were wearing high heels long before women were so....
Anyway, I wouldn't ask about it either.

@for_beauty According to the people at the shoe museum, they were originally designed for horseback riding. They were supposedly used by Persian warriors. Women began wearing them later on, cut their hair short and added mans clothing pieces to complete the outfit. A sure sign they were considered masculine then. If you look at the heels from then, they do look a bit less feminine compared to the ones today.

We have to admit that wearing elevator shoes can increase man's hight immediately, and more important, it can bring great confidence from both himself and others.

If it makes a man feel more confident, than I don't see why not. This is something though, that should eventually be brought up in a relationship with a woman that looks like it's going to be long-term.
