My answer is 162, because there is a relation 3, 5, 7, 9. (2+4)3; (4+6)5; (6+8)7; (8+10)9 Very interesting exercise :) And how is your answer for 10+12 = ?

sorry answer is 162.(2+4=18 =( 2*2+4*4)-2=18, (8*8+10*10)-2=162

@gouthampuppala another way to solve it : ((2*4)*2)+2=18... ((8*10)*2)+2=162
