Drunk, he was arrested because he was driving a wheelchair on the road

It happened in Norway this week to a 20 years old man, the wheelchair had a 10km/h speed limit and the man was on the road because the pavement was full of snow... It is not sure that the justice will prosecute him, as the police committed a small blunder : they thought that he had stolen the wheelchair and confiscated it during 4 days... until they realized that he was a truly disabled man, and that it was his wheelchair. I could not put this wheelchair story anywhere else than at myLot
