anybody who works as a international sales executive?

I have been this career nearly 2 months. you know, as a Sales Executive, I was told to make a lot of phone calls. But i am very afraid that I cannot do it well. Because I am not not very sure about how to make phone calls better, like how to introduce myself briefly, how to conquer the nervous. Are there experienced guys could give me some suggestions.
