Some people say that fear is the mother of foresight. There is a great beauty in going through life, without anxiety or fear. Half our fears are baseless and the other half discreditable. Those people who are always frightened of any thing that is reasonable or not are fools. Fear is the permanent emotion of the inferior man. A king can not rule the people without creating fear in the minds of the public. The laws can never be enforced unless fear supports them. I THINK THAT FEAR IS NEVER CREATED BY THE BRAVE BUT IT IS CREATED BY THE COWARDS ONLY.FEAR IS THE SUREST PROOF OF DEGENERATE MIND FEAR IS THE MOST PARALYSING OF ALL EMOTIONS. IT CAN STIFFEN THE MUSCLES AND STUPEFY THE MIND AND THE WILL. FREEDOM IS NEVER GRANTED BUT ALWAYS TAKEN.ONLY THEY ARE RULED WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RULE.
