This post is only for US residents. I have a $5 Target gift card and a $5 Amazon.com gift card. Unfortunately, being a non-US resident, these are of no use for me. Is there any one out there who can accept these cards and give me $4 via Paypal for both the cards. Please help as i urgently need cash.
