My atm card was lost/stolen after work. But i already report to my bank. then the customer service told me that someone used my card to get my money. the person who have my atm card doesn't even know my pin code. is there a refund that i would gey? i actually live here in the phillipimes.

You'd have to ask your bank. Maybe they stood behind you and saw you input the PIN or something...

It possible for thieves to use your card without knowing the pin. You need to call and talk to your bank concerning any refund. The sooner the better.
