Being in my mid sixties, I too have to be careful with my bones. I have to be very careful with the icy sidewalks. That's a nice picture! Are you in the picture?

time never comes back and crawls to us. we should spend our time wisely or we will regret in the old time. i'm sure we don't want to feel the kind of feeling right? in the old ages, i think, the best thing to do is to spend more time to Allah S.W.T. (as a moslem). and when we were a teenangers, youths, we should learn more to get the world on our hand. so, move it! don't make it meaningless.
