'To capitalise on something' is to turn (an opportunity) to one's advantage, to take advantage of (a situation) or to profit from something.
The sentence is not complete because 'valuable' is an adjective referring to something, for example, 'data' in this sentence: "allowing you ... to capitalize on the ever-expanding world of valuable ... data."
'The world of [something]' is an idiom which is used to describe a particular aspect of something. often in a global sense but sometimes meaning 'from the viewpoint of' a particular thing or person.
"The world of data" means 'everything pertaining to data as a whole, including its collection, processing and interpretation'.
"The world of Beatrix Potter" refers to the particular fictional microcosm which Beatrix Potter created in her books about animals which she imbues with human characteristics (for example, Peter Rabbit).
The phrase may also be used to indicate magnitude. "To make a world of difference to something" means 'to make a very significant difference to something'.
