Lets not litter

Litter is just laziness or it can be an attitude of "don't care". Shame! It is great that you do teach your children the value of caring. Hopefully they will pass that goodwill one on.

I think it is the problem of attitude. These people will take all care to see that their house and surroundings are clean and litter free, but they don't mind throwing things on road. Nice to hear that you are teaching your children on the importance of mainlining the society, I think all children must be taught this, then we cab at least make our future generation socially obliged. Last year the garbage collectors in our area took a class on how to make our society clean. It was good to see such services coming forward to make a change.

To stop this the government must promote the importance of hygiene. The citizen's new consciousness must be aroused before they can practise it. We can put eye-catching slogan in public places such as "Litter one time, fine 50dollars" or "Throw your litter to where it should be " or Littering will pollute our eyes, our heart and our soul", or Are you pleased in a clean street? Stop littering!" . And also, people who see one littering can report. What's more, some activities can be held to educate people. Certain videos must be made to make people know the harm of rubbish on the streets!

I agree, some people deliberately drop litter, vandalise property and spray graffitti wherever they please without a care in the world... what could possibly possess them to do this?
