Do we make our life complicated ?

"Life is really simple but we insist on making it complicated. " Well ,I don't know that who has written this thought provoking quote but it made me to think. Isn't that true that sometimes we make our life difficult for ourselves and for our loved ones and for other people with our own faults, wrong emotions , misconduct and misdeeds.
