Google just unveiled their latest innovation: a contact lens which can monitor glucose through tears. This will be a great relief for diabetics who always subject themselves to finger pricking to test their blood sugar levels. Research for this lens had started years ago but the development took place in a secret Google lab. Wow! this would be a painless way to keep watch on glucose levels. Google says the product will be available in the market in a few months.
