Is there anyone here who takes the trouble of cleaning the drainage system by themselves. We have decided to do it ourselves this time as our plumber is a very busy man. So if anyone has taken the efforts please feel free ti give us some useful tips. Thanks...

Drain cleaning can be a tough job so be prepared to face the challenges and get yourself prepared to do the job. I have never tried it myself, i call over plumbing service nearby to do the job, But I searched for some tips and came up with these.
You can use enzymatic drain cleaners which use bacteria or enzymes that naturally feed on organic waste materials, such as hair and food waste, that often clog drains. These tiny living organisms then digest the waste and reproduce, spreading beneficial bacteria and enzymes throughout the septic system. Enzymatic drain cleaners are better for the environment because they don't contain dangerous chemicals that can leak into soil and water. However they're not as readily available in stores, and they work more slowly than chemical cleaners. And although they're not as toxic as chemical products, you should still take the same precautions as you would with chemical drain cleaners.
So all the best for your venture.
