Do you like your work Bernadeth? It does make a difference. I am being paid salary at a lower level that my qualifications dictate but I love my job and I go all out to do it. One, I look at it as experience going towards the higher qualification and Two, I enjoy what I do. I love to write and I get the chance to compose letters, memoranda, reports and I have even drafted an opinion that was approved by my supervisor. So if you can learn more about the job. Ask the supervisor questions about how one reacts in a situation that is complicated and make notes. Give him/her different scenarios to tell you what is expected of you. Also, if it is a job that you can do some research on the internet to give you more experience do it. I have learnt that when one is proactive it works out better for you than being reactive.
