To all my girls out there who have and suffer from low self-esteem, who get bullied everyday, and suffer from being criticized....Do me a favor. Don't pay those haters no mind because if you are listening to them, you are only making them feel better...that's what they want you to do. They want you to harm yourselves and stoop to their level.They only criticize you because other people did the same thing to them. So please take a look in the mirror and say to yourself, "I'm beautiful, I'm sexy, and I'm not about to let someone change me." I'm saying this because I suffer from the same thing and this helps me everyday I wake up to be thankful that I am able to see another day.-Love Yahh

You are a positive person with wise words. I applaud you for taking the time out of your day to get such an important message out.... LOVE YOURSELF and do not allow for the negative cloud to try to cover your sunshine. Shine every day as bright as you were made to shine...make the day beautiful ....... for there are people who are experiencing storms and unfortunately they fail to realize how much of an impact their storms are causing on people who do not deserve it....just remember that eventually those storms pass and hopefully they realize it is unfair to throw lighting at the ones who are not at fault. We define ourselves...do not let anyone or anything to tell you different... no matter what shape or size our heart is the one that continues to pump for our life so lets be kind to it and care for it....Love yourself?????

How wonderful your words Chirshawna and so very helpful to all who may be suffering the stinging words and actions of others. Especially in school and when young, it is very hurtful and can be so damaging.

It's said, Never change yourself for the sake of others. God has created you to play a special role in this world and made everyone special in at least one thing. So never compare yourself with other. Just Be yourself. And treat yourself as special. Remember, this world is just because of you. You are not because of this world. Play your role well. No one can be you. If you have lots of trouble in your life, then face it and wait to get rid of it. Any Happiness or Sadness is a phase only. It can not be stable.
