The thing just happened

After a long time waiting,the lunch was ready.And I happily went downstairs to eat.Whereas,I saw no food that I really into,I have to eat a quick meat and then went upstairs.What a terrible meal,I am a little hungry now.Anyway,there was really no food for me,I just ate something I less hate.Oh,Am I really wrong?I feel so confused.
