THE DISHONEST ARE ALWAYS HONEST IN THE DISHONEST DEEDS

I agree with you especially on the part when you mention about the big bosses? Many people think that corruption is applicable for government officials but i see these often in common people. and i see corruption among people who holds high position not only in government but also in private offices. Big boss can easily get their way through a crowd. Position talks. Even big bosses break rules. I just hope that a person with integrity and honesty gets that position so that he can inspire others with the same values.

"A DISHONEST PERSON THINKS THAT ALL THE PERSONS OF THE WORLD, ARE DISHONEST. " It reminds me an anecdote of something that I saw about 30 years ago. I needed about 20 persons to do some easy job during a short period of time (3 or 4 months if I remember), but the budget was tight. There was a government program at this moment offering to pay a large part of the wages to recruit young people having difficulties to get a job, and I thought it was the way to go. We (I was with 3 coworkers) ended with the best scum of the city, sent by justice and social workers. They were more than difficult to manage for the team, but I have had some funny moments like this one, when I heard a 18 years old boy giving a lesson to two girls of his age. This guy was a burglar, and a judge had given him the choice to work or to go to jail ; I believe he was working day and night, because he had more money in his pockets than all of us. The girls were from very poor families, but they were honest. I remember that I caught him when he was teaching them that "in this world, it is impossible to live if you don't steal". The girls were looking at him with the same eyes than a fried fish. I separated them before they became his disciples . In this case, things turned not bad for the girls, and they got a stable job after this one. The guy did not came to work after a few weeks : for what I learned from some of his coworkers, he escaped in a foreign country to not go to jail ; I never heard of him again, and I never wanted to employ this kind of workers later .
