How do you get your partner to stop snoring..

oh my .. wanna hear something funny... my dad used to snore sooo bad (and we lived in like a condo/townhouse type..)that our nextdoor neighbor (who was very friendly with my parents) after changing her bedroom around MORE that once..ultimately had to go out and buy a MINI STEREO for her bedroom JUST to drown out the noise of his snoring!!! lol... sware its the truth!.. sounds so funny hard to believe i know!.. me personally .. ive been known to once in a while give him a nudge or just plain ol "pinch the noggin a tad" lol.. kinda mean i guess. but i dont do it that hard.. just enough to stir.. he thinks its funny. but it really can stop you from getting any sleep!

Sometimes it's a sign of a medical condition, can even be related to sleep apnea. I'd have them looked at by a doctor, but if snoring is pretty common. Sometimes if you gently nudge them and they lay in a different position it stops the snoring, at least for a while!

Thos breath-ez strips you put onyour nose can help, a medicated nasal spray - like Flonase - if he is having sinus problems, there are some sprays that you use before going to bed that are suppose to work. He can always go to the doctor. If he is going anyway because of his sinuses or allergies, he can ask the doctor if anything else can be done. Just watch him for sleep apnea which should be treated by a doctor.

if ur partner is snoring .. it indicates he/she is suffering from heart trouble .. consult a doc .. not kidding
