Someone Should Design an Anti-Car

It would be like a regular car, but it a) destroys other cars & b) is unpleasant to use ...
you HAVE to use the anti-car (in order to avoid destruction, on account of the anti-car DESTROYS all the regular cars in its vicinity), but you would much rather walk.
I thought of this during a survey about a commercial for Lincoln Town-Cars on "RewardTV" (the Nielsen's survey-site linked below, where you earn points for watching TV & then coming the next day & answering questions about the programming. Then you can use those points to bid in auctions there or -to buy entries in drawings held there).
Because I DON'T LIKE cars! I want to deface them as their cousin defaced me! I want one of my friends to drive a tank & CRUSH a car that parks in an OBVIOUS 'loading-&-unloading only'-zone. (*CRUSH* "There's your 'sign'!")
But--if I'm lucky enough to remember the type of car some commercial is selling--the Nielsens ask me 'how that commercial made me feel about buying a new car' ...
the way I've ALWAYS felt about it---'only in order to legally DESTROY it!'
So, does a citizens' army-tank/DestructoCar sound like a feasible reality sometime in the near future?
