Education is the key to success of any individual. Through education, people gain knowledge which is vital in life. Its therefore a very important fraternity and there any government needs to set the education background in their countries. If you get the best academic background then definitely your future academics will be bright.
The government first of all need to plan best academic subject outline. Offer the best subjects that will benefit the life of students. In Kenya for example a student does 14 subjects in secondary school, then later at university level does a degree that comprises of few subjects. Some subjects are just irrelevant, i mean why should I do physics yet my career is to be an accountant?? Students should start learning their career oriented subjects right from elementary education. If my dream is to be an accountant then let me learn business subjects right away from the time i join school.
Many qualified teachers should be employed. The ratio of students is so high compared to teachers. Due to the introduction of free primary education, many students have joined schools therefore more teachers need to be employed.
Technical schools and universities need to be increased throughout the country. Let those who pass exams be given opportunities to expand their knowledge at universities and those who fail be able to join technical schools. The government should finally allocate funds to donate to poor students so that they learn like others. All said and done, I think we will be academic giant's and rich people academically.
