Glad you made it this far :) Before you begin reading this post, you should know something. It's very important! The results i got are MY results, and cannot be universally applied to everyone who takes the same approach. I'm not going to make promises that if you follow my routine, you will have shredded abs and bulging biceps within weeks. Because frankly, that might not be true. No two bodies are the same, and therefore no two nutrition plans should be either! What i CAN promise you is that i will to the best of my ability customize YOUR plan to fit YOUR BODY :) So, what exactly do i do? First, things i don't do…. Crunches Sit ups Cardio You may have heard this before, and i'll say it again :) Abs are made in the kitchen! You can have the strongest core in the universe, and if there is a layer of fat covering it, no one will ever see it!
